			:Whilst I {{support}} grace periods as a common sense measure, I do not understand what causes the absolute letter of policy, rather than the spirit, to be followed. The inactivity policy provides for removal of rights from inactive users. That is it. It does not explicitly disallow grace periods. Disallowing administration in the absence of policy by wheel warring is, more or less, making this wiki appear to be a [[wikipedia: Wikipedia:NOTBUREAUCRACY\|bureaucracy when it is not]].
