*:I don't think interwiki needs to be restricted to stewards. Interwiki rights are much less important than import, delete, block, etc. rights. I proposed the right be moved into bureaucrat because that was technically the status quo and therefore it would be the least controversial move. For context, the reason why it's restricted to Stewards on Miraheze is because of the potential to have malicious sites bypass the Content Security Policy. So, it's not a completely innocuous right. My preference would be to delete a lot of the unneeded user groups that are below the <code>sysop</code> group, and just have one <code>testgroup</code> and maybe <code>autopatrolled</code> and <code>confirmed</code>.
