::I'm not really sure to be honest. I can say that I wasn't thinking about possible consequences of my actions, which I know isn't an excuse. I think I need to make more of an effort to slow down and think about doing things rather than just rush into them like I tend to do. I have an alternative proposal, to use an edit filter to prevent creation of talk pages for the remainder of the block, but allow editing.
