My normal IP was online from 9:48-10:06, just in between it also showed those system IPs every time I did a mass delete. I'm not sure if your ISP is Huawei International or not, and I suspect the CheckUser data retention on Test Wiki is only three months, so wouldn't have any way of confirming that now. I know there's an issue with importing pages whereby you import or transwiki pages from another another wiki and choose to assign edits locally where the same username exists on Test Wiki.
