+::No consensus and insufficient participation to form consensus. While there are sound reasons for this to be added, this seems to be a bit of putting the proverbial cart before the horse. In other words, until we have clear bot approval criteria, how do we enforce this, which is what I suspect [[User:Chrs|Chrs]] means by this (at least in part).
