| The purpose of this proposal is for the bureaucrats and admins to agree on when I can request rights here, so there's no confusion. Also so we agree on what should be done if filter 88 is triggered again and it involves problematic language. I'm hoping that if the active admins and bureaucrats can come to an agreement here, we don't have to get the stewards involved unless absolutely necessary.

| Proposal 4: Regarding filter 88 triggers, if they contain problematic language, I propose that I am given one and only one reminder about my actions. If it happens again, then I am blocked for up to a week, but I don't lose any rights. (I have found that even admins can't remove blocks on themselves if they were placed by someone else.)
