(mostly removing the material added in the last edit as redundant and to keep the bottom simple and uncluttered. The idea for the change to the top is to make it clearer that a high level of trust is needed to be granted interface administrator without being too verbose, hopefully this accomplishes that, if not I don't mind at all if someone else rewrites it.)

Request permissions
You can request administrator or other permissions below. You must already be an administrator to be eligible for Bureaucrat. Interface administrator rights may only be granted by the stewards and are only given to highly trusted users. Rights may be removed after 1 month of inactivity.
For Steward or System Administrator, a vote should take place on the community portal.
