Compatibility template for using translator templates with #babel.

Usage

{{#babel
...
|1=<language from (ISO-3)>|2=<language to (ISO-3)>|Translator
...
}}

E.g.

{{#babel:
1=eng|2=deu|Translator
}}

will result in a babel box with a userbox like this in it:

A loop consists of a Latin A, a Hiragana a and two blue arrows lying between them

This translator translates from English to German.
