Warning - confusing undisclosed alts[edit]
Hello. Whilst performing a check on recently created accounts due to a sockpuppeteer recently being reblocked, I discovered that two recently created accounts have an IP-to-IP connection to you. If used to even request permissions without disclosure, these accounts can confuse the community into believing there are 3 separate people, hence why undisclosed alts are not generally allowed on many wikis, including the English Wikipedia, and are de facto prohibited from being created here, unless there is a serious privacy concern. For this reason, a Steward may choose to block you for any future CheckUser confirmed undisclosed alternate accounts, and any Bureaucrat may do so for undisclosed alts that quack like a duck. I think is these edits are come under in WP:AGF, but If users are already added in subscribers list of Test Wiki:Newsletters, so, then I don't see any good reason to add this category on subscriber's usertalkpage.

- A request for comments at the community portal led to the implementation of a new policy outlining the requirements that users must meet in order to request bureaucrat rights.
Technical news
- Following a request for comments at the community portal, two new user groups - abusefilter-admin and abusefilter-restricted were created. These rights can only be assigned by following a vote on the community portal and/or at least two stewards supporting it.

Technical news
- Extension:Report has been added, allowing users to privately report revisions of pages for the steward's or suppressor's attention (T99).
- Extension:UnusedRedirects has been added, which users can use to grab the list of redirects that aren't used (T105).
- Partial action blocks are now in effect on the Test Wiki. This means that administrators have the ability to restrict users from certain actions, including uploading files, moving pages and files, creating new pages, and sending thanks (T106).
Miscellaneous
- The name of the userRightsManager gadget has changed to UserRightsManager, so some users may have the gadget turned off. It may be necessary to re-enable it in the preferences.

- Extension:UserMerge has been added, which allows stewards to merge a user's account with another user's account (T88).
- As of now, Test Wiki uses hCaptcha instead of reCAPTCHA (T87).
- Extension:StopForumSpam has been added to prevent spam. (T111).
