Can I please be unblocked?
I know some of my actions were disruptive, but since they were stopped by the filter, I don't see how they justify being blocked and stripped of all my rights. Sei (My changes here | Drop me a line) 04:30, 29 May 2022 (UTC)
Done, as we do have a rather strict special purpose guidance abuse filter Arcversin added here, so let's try that. That being said, please review your abuse log as instruction to inform what you need to do to successively operate in a community environment. Also, with regard to revision deletions, this and this should have been undone if they were tests. Revision deletion should almost never be used to hide administrator actions performed. Thanks. - So far I haven't been given any final warnings. And the filter said it was throttled so I turned off the filter then turned it on again so it would work again. But I won't edit that filter any more.Sei (My changes here | Drop me a line) 10:57, 31 May 2022 (UTC)

- @Trayfel: Dmehus said we're guiding Seiyena, not punishing, and I'd have followed that had they not reverted Chrs's change or disabled the abuse filter, just as what they did when being blocked by MacFan. Yes, they did unblock themself despite a formal warning not to do so. If there is no "final" warning yet, this will be the first one and the last one for them, as you say, after "having their permissions reinstated"; we don't recount warnings just because we gave them back some flags. - I agree that I should not have initially reverted Chrs' change to the abuse filter. I had done that because I felt that the restriction added to it wasn't necessary. However, after talking on IRC with him, I reinstated his change. The only reason I disabled the filter afterwards was because I got a notification saying that the filter was throttled, so I tried to fix that the way I knew how to, by disabling and then reenabling the filter again. As for unblocking myself previously, I thought that matter was in the past and not relevant to anything now. Sei (My changes here | Drop me a line) 19:02, 31 May 2022 (UTC)

I recently noticed your signature and realized it goes Wikipedia's policy on signatures and thus, goes against the Test Wiki's.
Please see the following on what Wikipedia says about custom signatures.
- A customised signature should make it easy to identify your username.
- A distracting, confusing, or otherwise unsuitable signature may adversely affect other users. For example, some editors find that long formatting disrupts discourse on talk pages, or makes working in the edit window more difficult.
- It is common practice for a signature to resemble to some degree the username it represents.
- Always keep the time/date-stamp: these are used by bots to determine when a discussion is eligible to be archived.
