:Hi. I came to check in on something completely different, and thought I would give a drive-by opinion. If this appeal is early (has it been a year?), I strongly oppose an unblock. Aside from CN's diff, if they can't follow simple, objective instructions like "don't appeal until a year has passed", there is no chance they can follow <em>any</em> rules.
