監管員是對 wiki 上的受限工具具有高級存取權限的用戶，並被視為 wiki 的非測試管理員。他們的技術權限包括：
- 查看用戶的IP地址的能力（通常稱為用戶查核）
- 向管理員隱藏內容的能力（通常稱為監督）
- 更改帳戶名稱的能力

Becoming a Steward
To become a steward you must meet the following requirements:
- Be active on the wiki
- Be an administrator and bureaucrat
In addition to meeting the above requirements, you must also gain consensus to be appointed on the community portal.
Inactivity
Stewards (who are not system administrators) that are inactive for 6 months will be demoted.
