Piccadilly, formerly Seiyena, is a good faith, but long-term sockpuppeteer of Test Wiki. She is not necessarily a vandal, but rather a persistent disruptive editor. She has autism and ADHD which is often used as a reason for her disruptive behavior. Common patterns to look for include the editing of random talk pages and adding things like "Hey ____" or "Hi ____". The blanks are often filled with slurs or other offensive remarks, but not always. As of the moment, she is banned by Stewards until at the very least March, when an appeal is allowed.
