* This [[rfc:2119|should not]] need a full community discussion, as it's (a) a technical change and (b) quite a non-controversial one. We haven't had many issues with reCAPTCHA here, like Miraheze has/had, so it's not that urgent. I think we can let MacFan4000 decide when/if to switch to hCAPTCHA.
