Outdated info

If you're talking about requirements to be an admin, I don't think there are any. As for bureaucrat, the only requirement is that you already be an admin. Valkyrie dimension (talk) 17:02, 21 August 2020 (UTC)

I was testing the blocking ability of administrators. That's what people do here-test things that admins and bureaucrats can do.
