News and updates for administrators, bureaucrats, and stewards from the past month (April 2025).
- Due to a discussion at the Community Portal, Stewards may now be demoted by the community through a failed community recall.
- Due to a discussion at the Community Portal, Stewards and Interface administrators must have 2FA enabled.
- Due to a discussion at the Community Portal, the non-steward suppressor role has been abolished.
- A discussion at the Community Portal supported that the
autopatrolleduser right be added to theautoconfirmedpermission. Additionally, there were no objections (by way of replies) for theautocheckedandautorevieweduser groups to be merged withautopatrollerandpatrolleruser groups, respectively. See phab:T126.
