*{{oppose}} I don't agree that this extension should be implemented to be honest. And all newly-registered users don't deserve a welcome on their talk pages, because some of them consists of users who have never even made a single contribution here, so what's the point of welcoming users like them? This includes spam-bots and vandals of course. But I prefer that we just stick to welcoming new users on our own, specifically the ones who have made their first constructive edits only. Because the only purpose of this bot will be to create a user's talk page the second they register with the standard <code><nowiki>{{welcome}}</nowiki></code> template and signature. Who knows who the bot welcomes? I view what the bot will do as spam and excessive clogging to the <code>User talk:</code> namespace. *{{oppose}} Honestly, this extension should NOT be implemented. To all of the users who will register when this bot is in operation will have their talk pages created automatically by this extension's bot with the standard <code><nowiki>{{welcome}}</nowiki></code> template and signature. Most of them wouldn't deserve a welcome on their talk pages, because some of them will consists of users who'll never make a single contribution here, so what's the point of welcoming users like them? This includes future spam-bots and vandals of course. I prefer that we just stick to welcoming new users on our own, to the ones who'll register and make their first constructive edits.
