Heya. Surely some of the bureaucrats on this wiki can be trusted to place blocks up to and including indefinitely, and to issue firm warnings. Does this new clarification require they all be appointed Stewards to be empowered to do so, or is it merely a [[rfc:2119|recommendation]] that bureaucrats not place long-term blocks or issue firm warnings?
