::::{{ping|Tester}} The issue is the lines below that: “These rights are only granted to trusted users for non-test reasons.” and “ If two stewards do not support your request, please request suppression or abuse filter administrator rights at the community portal.”. Even if you originally had abuse filter administrator, you need to either have two stewards support your request or make one at the community, and even then can’t use the right for testing. You can make public abuse filters for testing without the right anyway.
