Request for permissions

You can request administrator, bureaucrat, or other permissions below. You must fulfill the criteria established in the bureaucrat policy to be eligible for bureaucrat permissions. Generally, this means 4 days of being an administrator and having 10 edits total, with exceptions. Interface administrator rights can only be granted by the stewards and are only given to highly trusted users. Non-steward suppressor and abuse filter administrator rights may be requested here, but two stewards must support your request. These rights are only granted to trusted users for non-test reasons. If two stewards do not support your request, please request suppression or abuse filter administrator rights at the community portal. All rights will be removed after 3 months of inactivity. Other Permissions: Bot, translate administrator, interwiki admin, autopatrol, For Steward or System Administrator, a vote should take place on the community portal. Bureaucrats, you can use the userRightsManager gadget to easily handle requests. Please note that you should make a confirmation edit, then link to the diff on the other wiki, when specifying cross-project accounts.

This very clearly shows that you did not read your unblock conditions. “You may not have bureaucratic rights for three months without permission from two stewards.” I also doubt you got permission from two stewards before requesting this.  Not done X (talk + contribs) 16:30, 30 November 2024 (UTC)

• I will also refrain from supporting at this time. The amount of suppressions and suppression requests is already low and the last 50 suppressions (several of which were part of a mass suppression) date back to June. I don't know the candidate too well but there is simply not much need or workload to justify more suppressors here. EPIC (talk) 17:01, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

  Adding that had I commented on the last successful NSS request, I likely would have made the same comment there as well. I think in almost a year there have been about two or three suppression requests - while I don't think it's a "the more the chefs the worse the soup" situation as we would say here, I agree that with a workload this low we don't need that many on the team.
