Message definition (Test Wiki:Inactivity policy)
An inactive [[$sysop|administrator]], [[$crat|bureaucrat]], or an [[$AFA|abuse filter administrator]] who has not published an edit, logged an action, or an abuse filter modification within the last three months will be demoted. Users may re-request the rights at any time.
