I am aware that he has been blocked on [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Tailsultimatefan3891 enwiki] and [https://www.thetestwiki.org/wiki/User_talk:Tm8150switch88 The Test Wiki] (sockpuppet of Tailsultimatefan3891) for these problems. I agreed with Tailsultimatefan3891 that he would wait a year before submitting an unblocking request. Furthermore, I sincerely hope he can behave on other wikis in the meantime; otherwise, I can only conclude that he is untrustworthy. I cannot then give a positive opinion on his unblocking; he may then effectively be considered banned. Unless a steward decides to give him another chance anyway (because then it does become a steward case in my opinion). All the other accounts were clearly test sock puppets. And I blocked them for those reasons. In case I made a big mistake I am very sorry.
