Steward-defined suppression practices seems to have only worked in the past when only stewards and sysadmins had access to the tool, but it seems to only lead to inner confusion now that non-Stewards can have access to the bit. ::There is simply a disagreement on how to define serious vandalism. We have no disagreements with PII, copyright, and other suppressible edits. I don't see how using The Test Wiki's criteria would help at all as it doesn't address this. I don't see why there isn't simply an ''internal'' discussion about the definition.
