We need a new statement on this page about not blocking suspected bot accounts. This is because we have had users, especially me, blocking newly registered users because of a generic first and last name visible on their user talk pages. This statement needs to affirm users about how these users could potentially be good-faith ones. Additionally, this statement should be rest assured that if any of these users come to spam our wiki, the abuse filter bot will deal with them.
