Undo revision 13749 by BlackWidowMovie0 (talk), I don't think we need to spell out why that is being requested (or at least not on this page), and the main reason is to avoid the confusion that might arise if someone appears to be testing on random accounts rather than specifically sockpuppetry anyway, but if you disagree we can talk this over. Arguably the entire parenthetical should in fact be removed as self-evident.
