Message definition (Test Wiki:Policies)
Test Wiki policies are mandatory to follow, and should only be majorly (as in, not falling in the definition of a [[$1|minor edit]]) changed if the edit reflects consensus. This applies to all policies except the [[$2|privacy policy]], with the approval of a [[$3|system administrator]] being needed for that particular policy.
