You have been banned indefinitely - with a minimum duration of 2 years - that means you are no longer allowed to perform any activity as a person on Test Wiki. You have severely abused your bureaucratic rights and deprived everyone of their user rights like a thief, in addition you have circumvented the block placed on you several times. Therefore, you cannot have an appeal accepted unless we believe you have changed. You can send an email to the staff email (staff@testwiki.wiki) after at least 2 years, but we will not consider it until you clearly come up with evidence that you have changed.
