Extension:NewUserMessage has been added that will add a welcome message to the talk pages of newly created wiki accounts (T100).
Extension:UserMerge has been added, which allows stewards to merge a user's account with another user's account (T88).
As of now, Test Wiki uses hCaptcha instead of reCAPTCHA (T87).
Extension:StopForumSpam has been added to prevent spam. (T111).
