::There is simply a disagreement on how to define serious vandalism. We have no disagreements with PII, copyright, and other suppressible edits. I don't see how using The Test Wiki's criteria would help at all as it doesn't address this. I don't see why there isn't simply an ''internal'' discussion about the definition.
