:::::Ah, gotcha. This was due to a bug in the software where it said they were partially blocked but they weren't; I was trying to get them fully blocked. ::::::It was because several blocks were in place at the same time. Please ensure to only apply one block at a time in future. If you want to change a block, you should change block settings, as opposed to applying another block.
