Bureaucrats are users who can mass-delete pages, add and remove bureaucrat rights, and perform some more advanced admin actions with the SocialProfile and related extensions. Bureaucrat rights will be granted upon request, although requesters must first be an administrator. Bureaucrat rights are required for any user seeking to gain sysadmin or steward.
